Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an energetic Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will identify needs, upsell products, and maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands while supporting Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards.

You will participate in training, manage inventory and merchandising tasks, and provide exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility.
• Inspire clients through product demos and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and hygiene standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory activities.
• Assist with stock receipt, back stocking, replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
