Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to connect marketing to sales and identify new opportunities for Transporeon and Trimble transportation tech solutions. You will drive inbound qualification and outbound prospecting as part of a global sales team.

You will collaborate with Marketing to analyze market trends, craft compelling messaging, and lead strategic outreach across North America. Remote work within the United States is supported, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Experience with inbound/outbound prospecting in SaaS or transportation tech.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to uncover customer needs.
• Qualify prospects and smoothly transition to account executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to craft targeted outreach for key verticals.
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones to drive pipeline growth.
