ShopMy is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to lead a growing BDR team and coach them daily. You will own the team’s meetings and pipeline while partnering with AE, RevOps and Enablement to scale our outbound engine.

This player-coach role requires 4+ years in B2B sales and at least 2+ years of people management, plus a track record of meeting quotas in a fast-growing startup. New York Pay Transparency Range applies, remote-first with NYC HQ.

Qualificações

• 2+ years as a people manager of BDRs or SDRs.
• 4+ years in B2B sales with top performance.
• Proven ability to own a team's meetings or pipeline quota.
• Coaching through hands-on guidance and examples.
• Strong numeric and Salesforce reporting abilities.
• Clear, direct communicator who fosters growth.
• Organized and able to manage a fast-moving team.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing startup with evolving playbooks.
• Team-first mindset with a focus on helping others succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach your team with weekly 1:1s and clear goals.
• Review outreach and coach messaging, objection handling, and meetings.
• Identify underperformers and craft a plan to improve.
• Develop reps into AE roles or other cross-functional paths.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new BDRs as the team grows.
• Own the team's monthly and quarterly meetings and pipeline targets.
• Track activity, reply rates, and conversion rates; act quickly to mitigate slips.
• Collaborate with Brand Growth on target brands and segments.
• Create and refine outreach playbooks, templates, and trackers.
• Onboard new BDRs to accelerate ramp times; share best practices.
