Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven management experience directly managing SDRs/BDRs to results.
• Experience with sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Skilled in outbound prospecting strategy.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of BDRs by modeling BlueGrace values and fostering engagement.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for BDRs, including onboarding and ongoing development.
• Measure and manage BDR performance during ramp and beyond.
• Lead meetings and coaching sessions focused on outreach strategy and sales goals.
• Oversee BDR development, including call coaching and prospecting strategies.
• Conduct 1:1 weekly strategy meetings to meet goals and quota attainment.
• Manage and optimize technology platforms to drive cadence improvements.
• Track, analyze and report performance metrics and KPIs.
