Qualifications

• Experience leading a BDR/SDR team and driving pipeline.

• You will work in the Provo, UT office and lead from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Own the team numbers: meetings set, pipeline created, and forecast accuracy.
• Manage outbound motions, sequences, talk tracks, and CRM compliance.
• Hire and grow the team toward 10, coaching for peak performance.
• Be hands-on on the Provo floor, aligning with sales leadership.
