Job summary

Atonom is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead a team in Provo, UT, with full ownership of the sales process and a data-driven, hands-on leadership style. You’ll forecast, coach, and close—creating a scalable culture that delivers results on the floor.

In this role, you will start with a small team and grow toward ten as we scale, shaping how Atonom sells AI-enabled solutions while staying deeply engaged with customers and deals on the ground.

Qualifications

• Have led sales teams or been a top-performing seller with leadership potential.
• Track record of closing deals and managing pipelines.
• CRM fluency (Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a team target and forecast, lead a small team that grows to 10 as we scale.
• Coach reps on the sales process to improve win rate and cycle time.
• Be on the floor in Provo, managing deals and coaching daily, not remote-only management.
• Drive performance with data-driven decisions and clear accountability.
