You will coach, mentor, and align sales with marketing, collaborate with People for talent, and help scale our BDR program as we expand globally.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week at our Denver office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (SaaS or B2B tech)
• 2+ years outbound sales development with multi-stakeholder deals
• Proficient with Salesforce and KPI-driven performance management

Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline BDR team, hitting activity and pipeline targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coach team through call listening, email inspection, and social selling coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
• Partner with People team to recruit top talent for the team.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture and continuous improvement.
