Bearcroft Swim Club Inc is seeking a driven Business Development Representative in New York to join a high-growth AI contract intelligence platform. You will drive new business, conduct discovery, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives, with a clear path to an AE role.

This role offers competitive OTE, exposure to Forbes AI 50-caliber technology developed with Cambridge experts, and a collaborative New York office requiring 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.
• Degree-educated with a background in SaaS, AI, LegalTech, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospective customer needs and challenges.
• Qualify leads and convert interest into high-quality sales opportunities for Account Executives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of AI technology to senior decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to refine sales strategies.
• Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge to drive performance.
