Sovos in the United States is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to connect businesses with the compliance solutions they need to thrive. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest through targeted outreach and relationship-building to fuel our sales pipeline.

In this role, you will generate meetings, collaborate on territory plans with Sales Executives, leverage AI tools to manage opportunities, and deliver forecasts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to engage mid-level and executive contacts.
• Familiar with AI-assisted workflows.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales meetings through outreach and follow-up.
• Partner with Sales Executives to develop territory plans.
• Leverage AI tools to manage multiple opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Independently introduce Sovos' solutions to customers and prospects.
• Develop forecasts of revenue goals and outreach objectives.
• Identify improvements to outreach processes and materials.
