Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, is seeking a BDR to generate qualified sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and disciplined inbound follow-up. You will engage prospects via phone, email, and targeted sequences to identify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.

You will collaborate with sales leadership and AEs, track activity in CRM, and continuously improve messaging and qualification with coaching and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in outbound sales, lead development, telemarketing or outside sales.
• Strong communication skills to engage prospective customers by phone and email.
• Able to operate in a high-volume outbound prospecting environment with daily activity targets.
• Ability to learn qualification frameworks and manage follow-up and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospective customers through cold-calling and email to qualify leads and set appointments.
• Qualify prospects through discovery and needs assessment to ensure meetings meet qualification standards.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and sales engagement tools for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership to improve meeting quality and messaging.
