Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of outbound sales, lead development, telemarketing, or outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills for phone and written outreach.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospective customers through cold-calling and email to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Qualify meetings using discovery and needs assessment to fit ICP and align with target profiles.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and sales tools for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to improve meeting quality and conversion.
