Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand product line growth within existing customer accounts. This role requires prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. Travel with product samples may be needed for presentations.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, collaborating with Service Representatives, and developing annual sales and marketing strategies to achieve fiscal year goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals consistently and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with Service Representative to leverage relationships and increase sales/profits.
• Present programs, utilize product samples, and develop annual sales and marketing strategies.
• Work independently to collect and analyze customer data using predefined tools and methods.
