Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive product line growth within existing customer accounts in Cincinnati, OH. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs, and work toward a sales quota.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Service Representative, leveraging relationships, and developing strategies to meet revenue goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals consistently.
• Works under the guidance of Sales Manager to sell a range of products and services to significant customers to achieve sales targets.
• Develops an annual sales & marketing strategy to accomplish sales goals and budget for fiscal year.
• Works independently to collect and analyze data from customers using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.
