Job summary

Prophetic Software in Portland, OR is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth in multifamily and brokerage. You will engage prospects, write targeted outreach, and build early-stage partnerships as you develop a channel playbook with the BDR team.

You’ll report to the BDR Manager, collaborate with AEs, and advance opportunities through a rigorous prospecting approach. This is a growth role with a path to full-cycle AE roles or other sales/CS roles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a BDR/SDR outbound role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven pipeline generation from self-directed outbound activities.
• Clear, specific written outreach not template-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-fit prospects across multifamily developers, owners and brokerages.
• Run targeted outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone with personalized messaging.
• Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives; focus on pipeline quality.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and update touchpoints and sequences regularly.
• Build a presence on LinkedIn and nurture channel partner opportunities.
• Support partnership tracking and event outreach.
