Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a BDR Enablement Lead to own the onboarding curriculum and ongoing development of the BDR organization. You will shape how new hires move from day one to first meeting and build AI-native prospecting workflows that dramatically boost productivity.

The role partners with BDR leadership to close skill gaps, maintain playbooks, and create a clear path from BDR to senior sales roles. It is a hybrid, New York–based position with visa sponsorship support and a focus on measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in Enablement, including time as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager.
• Mentorship and early-career development.
• Rebuilding prospecting motion around AI.
• Hands-on with prospecting tooling and building workflows.
• Teach fundamentals on live calls.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Care about people as well as numbers.
• Able to talk about AI with a technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the BDR onboarding curriculum from day one to first meeting.
• Enable BDRs on AI-native prospecting workflows and tooling.
• Develop and maintain pipeline-generation playbooks across segments.
• Lead ongoing sales fundamentals training: cold calling, outreach, discovery, qualification.
• Certify BDRs on products, criteria, and messaging.
• Identify skill gaps with leadership and build targeted interventions.
• Create coaching and call-review processes with actionable feedback.
• Measure impact on ramp time, quality, and pipeline contribution.
• Define a development path from BDR to future sales roles.
