Just Sales Jobs is seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect nationwide in the US for an AI-powered local marketing SaaS platform. This hybrid role requires commuting to Chicago three days per week and focuses on qualified meetings with multi-location SMBs.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with commissions and growth opportunities. You will build lists, conduct discovery calls, and advance deals to Account Executive within Year 1 for top performers.

Competenze

• 1–4 years of outbound B2B sales experience with high-volume prospecting.

Mansioni

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting multi-location SMBs across the United States.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against ICP and book product demonstration meetings for handoff to Sales Lead.
• Build and manage self-prospect lists and maintain accurate activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Conduct discovery conversations with non-technical business owners and office managers to articulate the value of an all-in-one local marketing platform.
• Pursue annual contract sign-ups; manage a 1–2 day close for ideal prospects.
• Participate in coaching, mock calls, and calls reviews; act on feedback to improve qualification and conversation quality.
• Track KPIs including dial count, talk time, demos booked, deals closed, and closing ratio.
