Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Development Manager to secure contracts in multi-dwelling and multi-tenant communities, enabling expansion of Verizon Home Internet services across Chicago and surrounding areas.

You will build relationships with owners, developers and builders, negotiate marketing and license agreements, and manage data and pipelines to drive top-line revenue while representing Verizon's competitive advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Secure contracts with owners, developers and builders of MDU/MTU housing.
• Present Verizon value propositions and negotiate marketing and License Agreements.
• Manage data in sales databases and keep pipelines up to date.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Establish and leverage relationships to position Verizon as the provider of choice.
