Folsom Lake Nissan in Folsom, CA is seeking a Sales BDC Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound leads, following up on inquiries, and setting appointments with a sales Consultant.

You will maintain CRM records, re-engage older leads, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to showroom visits. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes strong communication and customer care.

Formación

• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic data entry.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads/appointments.
• Positive, customer-first attitude; reliable and punctual.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from phone calls, website inquiries, chat, and online form submissions.
• Make outbound calls to internet leads, past customers, and unsold showroom traffic.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to meet with a sales Consultant.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
• Follow up on equity mining leads and past service customers who may be good sales prospects.
• Re-engage older leads and maintain ongoing communication to keep customers warm.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from first contact to showroom visit.
• Provide friendly, professional communication that reflects well on the dealership.
