Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to leads generated from digital marketing, phone calls, walk-ins, and third-party sources.
• Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs, budget, timeline, and interest level.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and re-engage inactive customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals (calls, appointments, show rates, conversions).
• Work closely with sales managers and representatives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, promotions, and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times.
