Job summary

North Hollywood Toyota seeks a full-time BDC Rep to support daily sales operations and provide a positive customer experience. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on handling leads, scheduling appointments, and following up to reduce no-shows.

Responsibilities include tracking calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a minimum daily appointment cadence. A high school diploma and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service or automotive sales preferred.
• Experience with CRM and lead management tools.
• Strong phone communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make and track at least 60 calls per day using CRM.
• Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments.
• Ensure at least 10 confirmed appointments daily.
• Confirm daily appointments and re-engage customers to reduce no-shows.
• Support sales team to increase appointment volume.
