Job summary

Wheelers of Marshfield is seeking a Sales Customer Care Specialist‑BDC Sales Agent to generate and qualify leads via phone and email, schedule sales appointments, and maintain CRM records while delivering strong customer service to support conversion and retention.

The role supports Central Wisconsin’s Chevrolet, Buick and GMC dealer group and involves collaborating with the sales team to improve conversion and retain customers. Experience in call centers or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to sit for long periods.
• Strong computer skills.
• Customer service / call center experience preferred.
• Serves as telephone back-up.
• Answers product and service information.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests in products or services.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
