Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and chat sales leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and past customers to generate and schedule sales appointments.
• Follow up on sales leads and showroom traffic using the CRM.
• Confirm scheduled appointments in advance to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment-set and appointment-show goals.
• Deliver a warm, professional experience on every call or message.
• Hand off qualified appointments smoothly to the sales team.
• Stay current on dealership inventory, incentives, and promotions.
