Job summary

Granger Chevrolet seeks an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule sales appointments, and maintain meticulous customer records. You will log interactions, follow up on appointments, and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to maximize appointment conversion.

Ideal candidates bring telemarketing experience, a professional demeanor, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with phones or telemarketing in automotive/customer service is preferred.
• Professional, enthusiastic attitude with strong communication at first point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls and schedule sales appointments using the script.
• Make outbound calls to generate appointments and follow up with customers.
• Log customer comments and update the database as needed.
• Schedule follow-up contacts and notify departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Respond to customer website requests and schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
