Job summary

Reineke Family Dealerships in Findlay, OH seeks a Business Development Consultant to recruit new customers and maintain relationships using our online e-Leads program. The role involves phone, email, and text outreach to help customers search for vehicles and visit our stores.

You will set appointments, collaborate with the Sales team, and follow up with customers to earn referrals while delivering exceptional service. This is a non-exempt, at-will position based in-person at our dealership.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and a desire to help customers.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Detail oriented and proficient with computers, email, smartphones, and the internet.
• 1+ year(s) experience in customer service, sales, or related work.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
• Set appointments for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales team on appointments and customer needs.
• Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our stores.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to produce referrals.
• Urge sales by being honest, persuasive, and taking initiative to get the job done.
• Other duties as assigned.
