Findlay Cadillac is seeking motivated individuals for our Business Development Center. No automotive experience is required—training is provided to help you connect with customers and turn inquiries into showroom visits.

You will engage with leads via phone, text, and email, build relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience while pursuing personal and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via phone, text, email and online inquiries.
• Build relationships and create excitement around the Cadillac brand.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments; drive showroom visits.
• Proactively follow up with leads and re-engage potential buyers.
• Use CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, technology, and features.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
