Job summary

Findlay Toyota in Las Vegas is looking for a results-driven Business Development Agent to execute our digital lead generation system. No prior retail automotive experience is required as we provide excellent ground-floor training to help you succeed.

You will assist with internet lead management, log activity in our CRM daily, and generate appointments and quotes through proactive outreach while guiding customers to product information resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail automotive is not required; training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internet business development lead management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internet business development lead management
• Expect to utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity managementAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selection - be the product expert & sounding board
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
