Job summary

Findlay Cadillac is expanding its Business Development Center and seeks motivated individuals to join a supportive team. You will engage with prospects via phone, text, email, and online inquiries, build relationships, and schedule showroom visits.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within Findlay Cadillac and the larger Findlay Automotive Group. No automotive experience is required, but a positive attitude, strong communication, and a drive to succeed are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers and create excitement around the Cadillac brand.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments, helping turn customer interest into dealership visits.
• Proactively follow up with leads and identify opportunities to reconnect with potential buyers.
• Utilize CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to showroom visit.
• Develop knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, technology, and features to confidently assist customers.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
