• Comfortable with accountability, goals, and performance metrics.
• Prior automotive BDC, sales, call center, or inside sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with automotive systems.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for the Sales team
• Respond to internet, phone, and third-party leads quickly and professionally
• Build value, overcome objections, and maintain control of the conversation
• Follow up consistently with unsold prospects and missed opportunities
• Accurately log all activity in the CRM
• Work closely with Sales Managers to drive showroom traffic and results
