No automotive experience is required; we provide training to learn our products, processes, and customer follow-up strategies. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Outgoing, goal-driven individuals preferred.
• Comfort with outbound calls and multiple channels.
• Ability to learn CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.
• Communicate by phone, text, email, and online messaging.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects.
• Build relationships and identify vehicle needs.
• Answer questions about vehicles, inventory, and purchasing.
• Schedule appointments with Sales Team.
• Follow up with unbooked prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work toward appointment-setting and department goals.
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience.
• Follow Bowser Automotive policies and safety guidelines.
