Job summary

Sharpnack Auto Group is seeking an energetic Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC Agent) to join our team as a full-time member of the sales support staff. You will handle internet, phone, and chat inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM records while building rapport with customers.

Prior BDC experience is preferred, automotive exposure helps, and compensation includes base pay with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• BDC experience is preferred and Automotive experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule sales appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers and identify vehicle needs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
