Lithia Motors is hiring a BDC Manager for a Lithia & Driveway dealership (DCH Academy Honda). The role leads the BDC team, optimizes internet and phone lead handling, and drives sales performance.

Expect a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential and a commission-based total rewards structure. The position requires 2+ years in BDC/Internet Sales leadership, a valid driver’s license, and experience with eLeads and VinSolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Internet Sales Manager or BDC Manager in a dealership.
• 5+ years of lead BDC experience welcomed.
• Progressive growth in responsibility and performance.
• Ambitious leadership with a passion for developing teams, driving business results, and customer satisfaction and retention.
• Demonstrated success in overcoming objection and optimizing lead conversion, including TO phoning strategies.
• Skilled in coordinating marketing initiatives and reporting on ROI.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems, primarily eLeads and VinSolutions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and lead BDC team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.
• Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.
• Effectively manage phone & internet traffic, assigning leads to the appropriate team members to optimize results.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.
