Lithia & Driveway is seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development and ecommerce operations at Atlantic Coast Honda on Cassat Ave in Jacksonville. This role focuses on turning internet leads and inquiries into appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities.

You will coach the BDC team, manage inbound leads, develop a consistent follow-up process, assign leads, train staff, and track performance metrics to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC Manager / Internet Sales Manager or similar dealership leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the automotive BDC / Internet Sales team.
• Manage inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-up.
• Develop a consistent lead follow-up and appointment-setting process.
• Assign leads and monitor activity to maximize opportunities.
• Train team members on phone, internet, and customer communication skills.
• Track key BDC performance metrics, appointments, and results.
• Partner with dealership sales leadership to strengthen e-commerce and internet sales performance.
