Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Internet Sales Manager or BDC Manager in a dealership.
• 5+ years of experience as Lead BDC Agent encouraged.
• Ambitious leadership with focus on developing teams and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and lead BDC team on phone & internet communications and sales skills.
• Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.
• Effectively manage phone & internet traffic, assigning leads to team members to optimize results.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate commissions and percentages.
