Job summary

Sames Auto Group in Texas is seeking a dependable BDC representative to manage online and phone inquiries, and to set appointments for the sales and service teams, driving growth through converting leads into sales.

You will follow detailed scripts, maintain guest data in the BDC database, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and adherence to privacy and do-not-call guidelines.

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication via phone, one-on-one and online.
• Proficient in basic math and writing.
• Proven customer service track record.
• Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment.
• Pass drug testing, background investigation/interview.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles to establish firm appointment times.
• Provide friendly, helpful information on vehicle sales/service.
• Maintain and communicate product and inventory knowledge to guests.
• Enter guest data into the BDC database as directed.
