Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is actively recruiting for experienced BDC leaders to manage automotive BDC teams and drive lead conversion across the U.S. and Canada. The role involves overseeing calls, internet leads, and appointments while coaching staff to improve CRM and performance.

We offer high earning potential with base salary plus commission/bonuses, and opportunities for advancement into GSM, Sales Manager, or General Manager roles through leadership training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or BDC Team Lead.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of driving lead conversion and performance.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership lead management.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the automotive BDC team and daily operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment setting.
• Monitor lead response times, conversion rates, and appointment performance.
• Coach, train, and develop BDC representatives and internet sales staff.
• Ensure CRM processes are followed and maintained accurately.
• Improve customer engagement, follow-up, and lead management.
• Work closely with sales management to increase showroom traffic and sales.
• Track KPIs and drive team performance to meet dealership goals.
