Qualifications

• Ability to identify opportunities, respond quickly, and follow up diligently.
• Comfort with phone and virtual sales channels and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, or online inquiries.
• Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions.

• Collaborate with other BDC team members, sales representatives, and departments.
• Input accurate and up-to-date information into the CRM system.
