Lithia & Driveway in Bartlett, IL is hiring full-time Sales BDC Administrators to support a high-volume automotive sales team. You will build relationships with customers by phone, email, and text, schedule appointments, and follow up to grow sales and loyalty.

You will maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM, stay current on inventory and promotions, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
