Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase is hiring for a Sales BDC Administrator to support a high-volume sales department. You will develop relationships, follow up with customers by phone, and maintain accurate CRM data to drive appointments and sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes customer service, multi-channel communication (phone, email, text), and reliable attendance in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. Training and growth opportunities are available within the Lithia & Driveway family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, programs, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
