Job summary

Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC at Collierville is seeking a Sales BDC Administrator to support a high-volume sales team with a focus on customer care and teamwork.

You will call and text customers to schedule appointments, maintain accurate CRM data, stay current on inventory and promotions, and follow up after visits. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package within the Lithia & Driveway family. Experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
