Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information for follow-up and retention.
• Know product information, pricing, and dealership events/promotions.
• Use Internet and phone skills to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Schedule solid appointments from leads, sold/unsold traffic, referrals and service/parts customers.
