Subaru of Utica in Yorkville, NY is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to join our dealership team. You will develop, process, manage, follow up and track customers for parts, service and sales, building a solid database for follow-up and retention.

The role requires the ability to gather accurate information, learn product pricing and promotions, and use phone and computer skills to increase appointments, sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide information to customers and employees.
• Time management and typing required.
• Basic computer and phone computer skills required.

What you'll do:

• The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator develops, processing, managing, following up and tracking all customers as it pertains to parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Use computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

• Est. Hourly Earnings ranges from $17.00-$21.00 plus bonus/commission
