Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no weekends or late nights. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with families, and adjust treatment plans.

The role offers a small caseload, laptop, and robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays and PTO, and a 401K with match.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• At least 1 year experience with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected during sessions with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
