Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a BCBA to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust individualized treatment plans, while collaborating closely with families.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, competitive pay between $85k and $95k, and an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, a laptop, and paid holidays plus PTO.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; awareness of ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Lead supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
