Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Cherry Hill, NJ for a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, earning theories and related ethics and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results; modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through observations and regular team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns related to behavior modification or staff.
