Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Sewell, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a permanent, full-time role.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and modify treatment plans while collaborating with families. The role offers a salary range of 85k–95k, plus up to 6k annual incentive, and a Monday–Friday schedule with medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet the rigors of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
