Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in New Jersey. The role delivers direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manages a small caseload, while reviewing data with staff and families to refine treatment plans.

The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and an incentive program of up to $6,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• At least 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Proficient in ABA data collection and analysis.
• Familiar with ABA software platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families to discuss progress.
