Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in Moorestown, NJ. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, a small caseload, supervision of BTs/RBTs, data-driven treatment plans, and support from a Clinical Manager.

We provide competitive pay, benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with match, and an incentive bonus up to $6,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
