Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our NJ team in the Princeton/Junction area. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and use data to guide treatment decisions with families.

We offer a competitive salary between $85,000 and $95,000, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, and a flexible, no-weekend schedule. Office equipment and supportive clinical management are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA (BACB) with current credentialing.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected during sessions and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families to discuss progress.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
