Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Merchantville, NJ seeks a BCBA for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or late shifts. You'll supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and use data to guide treatment plans, while collaborating with families for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics and laws governing interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.
• Able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and active engagement with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings and family consultations.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
• Receive administrative and scheduling support from Clinical Manager.
