Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Sewell, NJ. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekends or late nights and a small caseload.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, adjust treatment plans, and engage with families to support behavior change. We offer competitive pay between 85k and 95k, an attractive benefits plan, monthly incentive potential up to 6000, laptop, and 401K with match.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
